Party planner Forgetmenot merupakan salah satu party yang bergerak di bidang usaha jasa dekorasi. Maraknya dekorasi khususnya menimbulkan permasalahan dihadapi oleh selaku baru untuk ikut bersaing sehat dengan banyaknya kompetitor sejenis memiliki pengalaman dan branding lebih baik. Berdasarkan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitan menganalisis strategi sistem digunakan Forgetmenot. Penelitian menggunakan Teori Manajemen Strategi. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak dua orang, metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mengumpulkan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis SWOT mengetahui sektor apa saja perlu dikembangkan dibenahi upaya pengembangan Hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa melakukan variasi berupa penerapan tentang penetrasi pasar, serta inovasi produk konsep bervariatif.
